RETURNS
- American Chess Equipment believes in the quality of our games and stands fully behind our products.
 - If the customer receives a product that is defective or damaged, he/she must notify American Chess Equipment via email (sales@woodexpressions.com) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is received, and we will send a replacement at our cost.
 - If a package is marked DELIVERED by carrier but is not received by the customer, the customer must notify American Chess Equipment via email (sales@woodexpressions.com) immediately and no longer than 7 days from the time the package is marked DELIVERED.
 - Undamaged/unused products, purchased in November or December, may be returned within 45 days from the customer's receipt of the product for a refund less the original shipping charges.
 - All other undamaged/unused products returned within 30 days from the customer's receipt of the product may be refunded less the original shipping charges.
 - Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in the case of defective merchandise or a shipping error.
 - Customized/Laser Engraved/ or Personalized items cannot be returned.
 - American Chess Equipment does not charge a restocking/repackaging fee.
 
- Items should be returned in their original packaging in accordance with UPS insurance terms and conditions. UPS may inspect damaged packaging if necessary.
 - Refunds are typically processed within one week from when the package is returned to us.
 - Please email us if you would like to return your order. Be sure to include details regarding reason for returning items.
